What we do not collect
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media tracking pixels, and the website does not set cookies of its own. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as government identification numbers, payment card numbers, or health information through this website. Please do not send those through the forms.

How forms are sent
When you submit a form on this site, it opens an email addressed to contact@prachitalwar.com in your own email program, and you send it from there. The information then travels by email, and is handled by your email provider and ours. If we later add a form-processing service, we will update this policy and name the provider.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver what you asked for:
- Service providers who help us run the website and communications, such as our website host (Vercel Inc.) and email provider, who may process data on our behalf.
- Coaches, mentors, or tutors in our network, when you ask to be matched or to book with them.
- Authorities, if required by law.
Some of these providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there and may be accessible to authorities under the laws of those countries.
Third-party content
Some images on this website are loaded from Unsplash (unsplash.com). When your browser loads them, Unsplash receives your IP address and browser details, as with any image hosted by another service. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, and other sites lead to services with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and correspondence records only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, generally up to two years after our last contact, unless we need to keep them longer for legal, tax, or contractual reasons. Applications that are not accepted are deleted within a reasonable time. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Our services for schools and students are arranged through a school, a parent or guardian, or an institution. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
